Tis the season for some great comfort meals!
It’s finally fall (well almost!), and I’m ready for some warm, fall meals. Below I’m sharing a few of my tried and true favorite recipes I’ve found on the web over the past years. These are all recipes that we’ve had at least once, if not more, and keep coming back to. If you are looking for more recipes we love, check out this post and this post. Oh and this one too!
One Hour Dinner Rolls - YOU. NEED. THESE. ROLLS. IN. YOUR. LIFE. If you take one thing from this post, try these rolls. Super easy and in my opinion, better than the classic Logan’s Rolls.
Broccoli and Cheddar Twice Baked Potatoes - I shared the process of making this on my Instagram a while back, can you believe I never had a twice baked potato before? These were delicious!
Browned Butter Waffles with Spiced Pears - Really and truly this recipe is perfect for anytime of day. We are fans of breakfast for dinner, so this one we’ve made often in the evenings. Very easy! If you aren’t into the pear sauce, use this waffle recipe as a base for whatever toppings you like!
Paleo Crockpot Beef Stew - I’m not on the Paleo diet, or really any diet for that matter, but I stumbled on the recipe a while back. It is super delicious! Pair it with the One Hour Dinner Rolls recipe above and you’ve got the perfect fall meal!
Stromboli - I hate red sauce, I have since I was a kid. My husband LOVES red sauce. This is the one way we can both get our pizza fix, but for me, without the sauce. My husband will normally have some red sauce on the side for dipping the stromboli into. It’s a really yummy and easy recipe, perfect for Friday pizza nights!
